Room was reasonably spacious, there were satellite television, climate control, and a microwave too. Very kind staff and host, they treated us like family...

Personally, I found the heated floor in the apartment made me feel a bit too warm, but others may enjoy this feature.

I had a fantastic stay at House Lina in Dubrovnik. the location was absolutely perfect, with everything I needed right at my doorstep. the apartment itself was recently renovated, so everything was brand new and in great condition. It was the perfect size for two people, with plenty of space to move around. the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining in, making it convenient for preparing meals. I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more comfortable place to stay during my trip to Dubrovnik. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👍.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table: The kitchen in the apartment was so well-equipped that I felt like a MasterChef preparing gourmet meals. It had everything from a refrigerator to a microwave oven, and even a dishwasher. I was able to cook up a storm and enjoy my meals in the cozy dining area.

Lack of bathroom storage: The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of shelves or space to store my toiletries in the bathroom. It would have been convenient to have a place to put my soap and shampoo instead of having to place them on the floor.

Like any other old building, the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the stairs and neighboring rooms can be heard.
